  3. I missed the first half but got notes from a colleague. IMO it was a first step, no more and no less than might be expected at this early stage. Most companies don't say anything at this point in a new development project, they just go into hiding until their brand new crap sandwich is ready to disappoint.

    I learned three things: First, the DataWindow lives on. Second, C# will become the dominant language both internally and at the application level. Third, no Java, just .Net. They had me at "DataWindow", they could have stopped talking after that :)

    What I want to know is: First, how much will it cost? Second, will it be popular?
